“ Pandang is the best! I usually go as a treat for my solo date/me time. However, this time I opted to invite a good friend, who is also a foodie. Once again, they did not disappoint! I had my usual specialty rolls (Godzilla and Shrek). The white fish in the godzilla roll is so delicious! We shared and my friend also tried the Tom Yum soup w/udon noodles and chicken. She loves spice and it was her first time there. The food was filling and delicious. Portions are generous! And the service, as always, is attentive and kind. This is my one of my favorite places to dine, any time of day. Especially when I am craving sushi; their menu has plenty more options! ”

“ this place is absolutely delicious and the freshest fish I've found in the Millburn/Maplewood area, maybe even NJ. Everything was exquisitely cut and put together. My favorite was the white tuna and fresh scallops. The portions are generous. The salmon sashimi was also one of my favorites. each piece was scored and then flamed. it was so soft and fresh. The presentation was beautifully put together and my kids loved the boat. as always the mochi ice cream at the end was a big hit! Also the miso soup was chock full of seaweed and tofu. The service was efficient and attentive. our tea cup was always full and piping hot. I highly highly recommend this place! I'm just sad I didn't know about this place sooner ”
